Shipping policy

CBD oil and CBD products are usually shipped same or next day. For merchandise such as T-Shirts, hoodies, cups etc. add couple days.

USPS First Class: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 4-6 business days according to their website.

USPS Priority Mail: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 2-4 business days according to their website.

If your preferred shipping address is a P.O. Box, please be sure to pick USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method!

At this time, we offer USPS International shipping. Please note that international mail will require 2-3 extra weeks to arrive. We are not responsible for customs delays or if your package has been returned due to your country’s regulations. You are responsible for your customs payments if there is any. If you feel that we should be able to ship to your country, please send us an email at jimhempxx@gmail.com to review your request. If your package is returned for any reason by customs of your country and product is in new unopened condition we will refund your order in full minus shipping cost.
